Fire Pit/BBQ Rental Agreement

These terms and conditions form the terms of Peter Pan Camper Van’s agreement with you, our valued guest and customer.

RESPONSIBILITY: Items are the sole responsibility of the guest while on hire. Unattended items remain the responsibility of the guest during the hire period.

You will be liable to pay the total amount required to make good any such damage if they are lost, damaged or stolen.

We take no responsibility for any injury or damage caused to persons, objects or premises while the items are signed out to you.

You agree to take care not to interfere with the hire goods their working mechanisms or any other parts of them, and take reasonable care of them and only use them for their proper purpose in a lawful, safe and correct manner in accordance with any operating and/or safety instructions provided or supplied to you and to notify us immediately after any loss and/or damage.

It is your responsibility to supply any fuel for the Fire Pit / BBQ. It is your responsibility to return the Fire Pit / BBQ in the same condition you received it.

Cleaning products have been provided for this task.

AMENDMENTS & CHANGES: Due to circumstances beyond our control it may be necessary to cancel your booking. You will receive a full refund of any monies paid against the booking.

PAYMENTS: A surcharge of 1.69% is added when payment for hire is made via credit/debit card.

SAFETY: It is your responsibility to make sure any flames or embers are extinguished before leaving the Fire Pit/BBQ unattended.

Children must be supervised at all times.
